With the aim of sharing knowledge about street art and promoting it in this area of ​​Melilla, Oxygen Cultural Laboratory will make a mural with young artists from Melting Pro, an Italian cultural organization, and with the collaboration of the city hall of Rotterdam, under the name of Youhood.
